I did not have the pleasure of knowing Christopher, and only learned of this outstanding site upon his passing.

It's hard to know what to say. Both Braydon and I keep Christopher and the rest of the family in our prayers. The two of you are the strongest and most devoted parents I know. I commend you for your strength and how you looked after Christopher. I am sure the trips to Toronto and the sleepless nights took a toll on both of you. If there are differing 'degrees' of angels I am sure he is at the top rank. You sent him on with so much love to fill his wings.

I am so moved by your experience...I dont know exactly why it has grabbed my heart so HARD! Not that you aren't worthy, but I feel a special draw to you like maybe there's a reason bigger than 'me'.
I have a cousin who is much younger than me...he is 20 now and the doctors all said he'd make it two years at best after diagnosis. He was 8 then.
I dont believe in false hop, instead I believe in living every moment to its fullest because any one of us could be called on at any moment.
I dont know what you call God, or what your family's background is, but to me, God is LOVE and I see love surrounding you...holding you. So God is with you. I am with you in my heart also...I wish there were more I could do.
You are a gift. I see your pictures and I think "how can this beautiful boy be sick?" You are such a sweet gift of life.
